Tour Guidelines

Please notify your tour guide of any special needs including wheelchair access. All public and private tours are wheelchair-accessible and complimentary wheelchairs are available upon request.

No outside food or drinks are allowed on your tour.
Smoking is not permitted at TQL Stadium.

All guests are subject to a security screening.
TQL Stadium has a clear bag policy in effect for all tours.

Tours will last approximately 60 minutes.
Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

Tours will take place regardless of the weather.
Portions of the tour are outdoors so please dress accordingly.
Open umbrellas are not allowed inside TQL Stadium.
Arrival
Park in the West Premium Surface Lot off John Street. Enter TQL Stadium through the Cintas VIP Entry off John Street. Your tour guide will be in the Cintas VIP Lobby to greet you and scan your ticket(s).
