To report an immediate TQL Stadium issue to our on-site team, text 513-822-5333 with your location and concern. Please find a Guest Experience Ambassador in a navy or royal blue top if you need assistance.

The lost and found is located inside the the Guest Experience Center by section E6.
To report a lost item, please use this form to enter your details and a detailed description of the missing item.
This will connect directly with our lost property management system, NotLost.
If we find your item, we will contact you directly. This form should only be used if you lost an item at our stadium.

Only bags that adhere to TQL Stadium standards are permitted inside.

Prohibited Items
Prohibited items must be returned to vehicles or disposed of before entering the stadium. There are no provisions to check items at the gates and items abandoned outside the gates will be confiscated.
